This side hustle can be scheduled around full-time employment and other commitments. Each project typically takes 1 - 2 days. Contractors can work anytime the retailer is open, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation is determined per store, varies by the size of the display, and is based on the number of tree tips, not the time spent in the store. Pay structure is discussed in the phone interview. The project takes place in late September and early October. This is an independent contract opportunity with a remote phone interview process. A drug test is required by the retailer for all candidates (no marijuana). One year floral or visual merchandising experience is preferred, but not required.
