Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Job Description
The Marketing and Development Coordinator at ART Inc. will take on a multifaceted role, pivotal in advocating the organization's mission and expanding its reach and resources. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing effective publicity strategies, maintaining a robust and positive public image and managing communication channels with the press and community partners. Furthermore, the coordinator will assist in managing the donor pipeline, engaging in donor recruitment, maintaining relationships, and executing fund development initiatives including grant writing and annual fundraising campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• develop & assist Directors with creative content such as curating, flyers, framing, websites, etc.
• Manage social media and website and develop engaging content tailored to each event and program
• supports all fundraising events and other events by engaging with the community and representing ART Inc at various indoor and outdoor events.
• Provide weekly updates/reports to Directors
• Creates & assists with ART Inc’s annual report
• Facilitate social media and digital content creation, capturing the essence of ART Inc.'s brand and mission
• Develop marketing materials for solicitation to community and corporate partners
• Collaborate and work as a teaching artist to design educational content and workshops that inspire creativity and learning.
• Responsible for creating and releasing ART Inc’s newsletter
• Coordinate fundraising events and identify new avenues for revenue generation.
• Support the coordination of special events, ensuring a seamless blend of logistics and innovative presentation.
• Works in a team environment to ensure ART Inc’s success
• Participate in staff meetings
•Maintain and expand partner relationships for community service enhancement.

Mental and Physical Requirements
