Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Position Overview
The Traffic Manager, Creative will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley and will be on point for ensuring the day-to-day operations of all requests in the creative team’s queue are running seamlessly and according to schedule. The Traffic Manager position is for the creative problem solver who facilitates process, prioritization, and execution of multiple and concurrent creative projects for the Stanley Brand Creative Team! You are a strategic thinker and expert communicator who collaborates closely with internal marketing, sales, ecommerce, and product teams as well as external resources to ensure creative project success from intake to delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
