Role Overview: As the Creative Community Manager at COACT, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing and engaging with a diverse network of creative talent, the full internal agency team, and industry enthusiasts. You'll be the driving force behind the strength of our individual client teams, our community growth, both online and offline and a major support to the Creative Director in issuing our story into the world.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Creative Director and Director of Strategy Accounts to identify the appropriate community members to work on specific client teams.
Strategically attract and onboard new community members who resonate with COACT's values and mission.
Work with Creative Director and community members to continue to grow and evolve our online platforms, social media channels, website, and upcoming new platform to foster discussions and share valuable content.
Collaborate with our creative, sales, and operations teams to align community initiatives with COACT's goals and objectives.
Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, workshops, and meetups to create opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing across the creative community.
Collect, analyze, and stratify data from our community members to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to create and execute community-driven content that resonates with our audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field.
Proven experience in working with or managing creative talent, team and/or community development and/or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for people and relationship-building.
Understanding of creative agency work, common deliverables, and industry trends.
Strong data collection and analysis skills to derive actionable insights.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet engagement targets.
Innovative mindset with a startup mentality, eager to shape and evolve community strategies.
Fluent in business technology from an organizational perspective
Would be a plus to have experience in database management and app integration
