Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Nova Creative is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

At Nova Creative, our clients take top priority. We work collaboratively to come up with the best ways to help our clients achieve their goals – and even exceed them. The best fit for this role would be a project management professional with experience in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns, such as landing pages, microsites, social and display ads, email journeys, across different B2B industries. Experience in analytics and campaign tracking (KPIs) is a plus.

As a member of our project management team, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deadlines are met. You will be responsible for engaging with the client to understand their goals, synthesizing the project into defined tasks, assigning tasks to the right team members, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and on budget to the highest standard.

While Nova Creative is a remote team, preference will be given to candidates in the Dayton area. We occasionally hold in-person meetings with clients or break-out groups to launch projects or hold brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience

• PMP Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, agency experience a plus

• Demostrable experience managing digital marketing projects such as websites, landing pages, email journeys, social and digital display ad campaigns, and/or microsites

• Knowledge of project management best practices

• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools

• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence

• Experience and understanding of project management tools and software such as Asana, Intervals, Workfront

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Experience presenting and/or communicating work to clients and stakeholders

• Self-motivated with a desire to grow as a professional

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders

• Proven time management skills in an agency-type environment

• Experience working within a budget

• Client-centric passion, using your experience and expertise to understand and communicate the needs of clients

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and development to develop comprehensive project plans tailored to each client’s goals

• Lead project kickoff meetings, establishing clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and responsiveness to client inquiries and feedback

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion while being on budget and ensuring adherence to quality standards

• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand client and project needs

• Develop clear and concise project briefs aligning with the goals established by the client

• Project future commitments to the Business Development team

• Work with the Business Development team to generate estimates and project timelines

• Maintain and manage current and past client projects

• Track time on a project basis

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital marketing
