Day to Day- Ecommerce management (Shopify)
- Brick N Mortar / retail (fulfillment experience)
- Accounting software/merchandizing, POS system/vendor management
- Project manage/lead/mentor
- Provide after-hours support for emergencies on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to interact effectively with outside vendors on maintenance, warranty issues to solve problems.
- Assist with website management, system integration and technical ecommerce support
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in computers, technology, or similar field preferred.
- 7 years working with Ecommerce as a Project Manager
- Previous IT project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment.
- Current knowledge of new technologies and innovations that will make business more efficient.
