Job Description:
What You’ll Get to Do:
For this on-site role, you'd be responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing complex Outside Plant projects that meet or exceed customer needs. Supervises the work of a project team, vendors, and/or subcontractors.
More About the Role:
Develop and utilize project plans and schedules to manage and report against customer requirements. These plans may address requirements analysis and tracking, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Project Staffing, etc.
Collaborate with government and /or subcontractors at customer site for security solution integration into existing infrastructure.
Lead project teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractor support in developing Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs) and facilitating customer reviews and approvals of designs.
Manage installation teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractor labor in the execution of EIP installations, ensuring project scope and schedule are maintained and costs are within budget.
Plan, coordinate, and lead customer meetings. Develop and present appropriate presentation materials for customer meetings as required.
Lead outside / Inside Plant (OSP / ISP) engineering/installation efforts in multiple locations simultaneously.
Create, review, track, and deliver contract deliverables as required by the PWS / SOW
Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Support the research, preparation, and writing of new proposals and/or ECPs on existing projects and create and/or review SOWs and POs to support the procurement of products and services required for each project.
Serve as a customer interface to report project progress and address any issues or concerns in the absence of the Program Manager
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on all projects of responsibility.
Prepare past performance documentation for each project.
Facilitate meetings with senior customer leaders on project review and sales/marketing new business opportunities.
Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
7 years of experience managing infrastructure modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
Knowledge of and support of all corporate established processes, ISO, Quality, etc. Ensure established SharePoint and tools are utilized in the implementation of all projects.

Experience managing/leading matrix teams working in multiple locations simultaneously.
Telecommunications knowledge
General user capabilities of Microsoft software applications required primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Travel to other CACI Locations or Customer Sites as necessary. Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies.
Obtain/retain a government security clearance at the secret level to perform the position's duties.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Management, or other related discipline and 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of skills, education, and experience
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or an equivalent
