Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote, with 25-50% travel to Princeton, IN

Duration: Direct Hire, Full Time

Compensation: $130-180k - Based off Qualifications and Experience

Job Summary:

Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide oversight for large projects within the renewable energy sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall project obligations, ensuring successful project completion by overseeing budgets, schedules, strategy, procurement, design packages, and negotiations. Your role will involve leading meetings, tracking financial obligations, resolving vendor-related issues, and managing client relationships.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• 5 years of project management experience in Utility Scale Solar or Renewable Energy
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply IFC drawings and job specifications for civil and electrical work
• Willingness to travel to project sites (minimum 30%)
• Contract knowledge and negotiation experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, Project, or P6
• OSHA 10-Hour Minimum Certification

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
• PMP Certification
• First Aid / CPR Certified

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee project development, including budgets, schedules, and strategy
• Manage procurement processes
• Lead meetings to provide project updates
• Track and present financial obligations
• Resolve vendor-related issues
• Foster positive client relationships to ensure successful project execution
