Job Description

O2 Digital Creative Agency is currently seeking a creative problem solver and organized Project Manager (PM) to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment. The PM will be responsible for orchestrating unique solutions to client’s problems, developing a project plan, and seeing the project through from conception to completion. This includes clearly identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, and understanding timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of teamwork, and a desire to building relationships both internally and externally.

Overview & Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will require and involve:

• Managing full project lifecycle
• Communication with the project team to keep them on track
• Verifying that all milestones and deliverables have been met
• Review and approval of deliverables before they are presented to management
• Acting as the client liaison for projects
• Analysis of project progress using project management tools
• Creation of systems and processes to increase efficiency of future projects
• Collaboration within the Project Management team to manage team bandwidth and project timelines
• Identification and communication of business opportunities clearly and effectively to multiple audiences with and without technical expertise
• Management of important business relationships with clients and third-party partners
• Working closely and collaboratively with a team of skilled developers and other project managers to plan, develop, and release work across digital platforms
  
  

Serious Candidates Should Possess

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience working in a development team environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with confidence, using your ability to influence and motivate
• Ability to convey user problems, team roadmaps, and project objectives/results to a variety of audiences
• Comfortability operating in technical discussions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Willingness to learn and maintain consistent up-to-date industry knowledge
• Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple projects, tasks, and team members
