A Bachelor's degree is preferred but some college along with strong industry specific experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. The ability to work 50 hours with some evening hours and Saturday hours is necessary. This is a 5 day work week - if a Saturday is worked - a day off during the week is given.
What is this position responsible for? What activities will this position perform?
- Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio by collecting current accounts receivable. Grow the portfolio by underwriting new loans. Advance our customers by exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain a cross-functional relationship with Miracle Motors Inc staff to ensure that sales volume and risk management are balanced, and that profit targets are achieved.
- Provides visible and effective leadership. Drives results through the efforts of others; sets and communicates objectives; provides direction and support to staff.
- Ensures that all functions work together to achieve established goals.
- Maintains appropriate motivation to assure results; delegates to, and empowers others.
- Presents positive company image to customer and to general public.
- Holds others, including employees, wholesalers, and customers accountable for actions, as agreed.
- Manages workflow and asset inventory; controls overtime.
- Assists customers; negotiates and makes decisions as necessary to resolve issues.
What will the position be held accountable for?
- Accountable for the performance of a FAC portfolio. Also assist with managerial functions of the Miracle Motors Inc store
- Manages delinquency, charge off, and back off. Responsible to guide the collection team to achieve set goals.
- Maintains an organized office environment
- Ensures all deals meet parameters of established deal structure.
- Manages risk through compliance. Responsible for maintaining a minimum score of 85% on quarterly compliance audit.
- Interviews, hires, trains, disciplines, terminates, retains, employees as needed to maintain a solid team.
