Digital Banking Analyst

  • Assumes responsibility for assessing, testing, planning, and developing, an effective digital banking platform.

    • Review, analyze, create, and maintain detailed documentation for use internally and externally, such as business requirements documents, workflow diagrams, use cases, procedures, frequently asked questions, meeting minutes and training modules.
    • Assess, research, test, gather and document requirements for Online/Mobile Banking products, digital account opening, and loan products
    • Open cases with third party vendors to clearly and completely document issues, consistently follow-up with vendor until the issue is resolved.
    • Act as an internal quality control check for the project/product assigned.
    • Provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects.
    • Collect and communicate the business needs in terms that both a developer and a business owner can understand.
    • Provide appropriate levels of documentation based on the project needs including requirements modeling, documentation, use cases, and the need to be able to document an as-is state and a to-be state.
    • Ensure there is alignment between the business need and the business requirements; e.g., the appropriate documents and details support clear understanding by the technical and development team, and coding can be written in support of the requirements.
    • Manage and execute the testing needs to maintain the system both in production and to support project based required tests.
    • Ensure tests are thorough and risk-based, depending on what has changed within the system.
    • Analyze and verify that proper processing is maintained during test and implementation phases of project cycles.
    • Train appropriate parties for project related initiatives or implementations.
    • Deliverables are on time and within budget when appropriate.
    • Acts as a subject and relationship expert for the supported system and work directly with the development team, stakeholders, and members

    Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit union personnel and management.

    • Prepare routine reports (product/service usage and trend analysis, etc.).
    • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
    • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with all teams within the organization.
