Overall Accountability:
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Knowledge of computers and the ability to type 25 words per minute. Ability to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English. Ability to skip trace, work a collections queue and work with other financial institutions. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to internal customers and vendors. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to define problems. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Preferred Qualifications
One-year experience in a financial institution, customer service, Teleservices or related field.
