This position is the first person the customer comes into contact with when entering Town Hall. Serves as receptionist and cashier for both in-person and phone payments. Performs general office duties that include filing, organizing, and answering telephones. Responsibilities:

• Performs general receptionist duties including answering telephones and responding to citizens' inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collects payments, balances cash drawer, and prepare daily bank deposit.
• General office duties in the form of copying documents, preparing payment vouchers & preparing Excel documents.
• Assist with intake and processing of counter building permits.
• Compiles and prepares monthly newsletter.
• Disseminates correct information in a friendly, professional manner to internal & external customers.
• Assist with intake and processing of contractor licenses.
• Maintains general office files, and other assigned files.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
