We are seeking a Member Solutions Advisor/Collections for the Eastern Region Member Solution Department.
The Member Solutions Advisor is accountable for resolving delinquency on manufactured home loans by initiating contact with delinquent members to attempt to bring the account current. The Member Solutions Advisor is responsible for working with members to determine the root cause(s) for delinquency, negotiate payment arrangements, process authorized ACH payments, prompt mailing of the required notices, and performing all other collection duties as established by the East Region Member Solutions Department policy and procedures. The Member Solutions Advisor is accountable for proactively assisting members with curing their default by assessing their need for assistance, educating the members on their options, and making a recommendation for the most appropriate course of action. The Member Solutions Advisor must approach each account with the goal of keeping the member in their home or helping them find a dignified alternative.
