Responsibilities:
- Process credit repair clients and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Review and analyze credit reports to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather necessary information and provide updates on their credit repair progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Document all communication and activity with clients and team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret credit reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Prior experience in a credit repair company (preferred but not necessary)
