Credit and Collections Manager jobs in Bradenton, FL

We are looking for someone to help us succeed. TO be sure, this is NOT a CALL CENTER Position. We lease Motorcycles around the nation. It's a fun office and cool job with great people.

Responsibilities:

• Rent to Own or Buy Here Pay Here experience preferred
• Manage all aspects of late stage collections
• Perform Collections activities as needed to resolve unpaid account or delinquent account issues
• Manage Repossession vendors and track progress
• Initiate legal proceedings through vendors and track progress
• Initiate repossession proceedings with vendors
• Participate in selecting collections vendors and repossession vendors
• Keep records and status of customer's account
• Ensure all Regulations are followed by the company and its vendors.
• Achieve Company delinquency targets
• Report Collections results

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections environment managing collectors and repossessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Have intermediate Microsoft office skills of excel, word, etc.
• Be very organized and systematic
• Soultions based critical thinking skills.
• Work with a team to achieve your objectives
• Ability to be both a Player AND a Coach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
