THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller at our Laurel branch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by handling a wide range of transactions and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide account information and handle member inquiries about accounts and credit union services.
• Process member transactions, including receiving deposits, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Open and close accounts for members in accordance with established procedures.
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist members with their daily financial needs, offering personalized service and guidance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or banking preferred.
• Previous account opening experience desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
