Job Overview:

EVFCU, a member owned cooperative credit union in Northern St. Louis County is currently looking for a part-time Member Service Representative in our Nett Lake, MN branch. If you are interested in joining our team, please apply!

Duties:

• Serves members by completing account transactions.
• Provides member services to members by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits.
• Answers questions in person or telephone and refers members to other credit union services as necessary.
• Completes special requests by opening and closing memberships, taking orders for checks, handling debit card issues, assisting members with membership questions and providing special statements, copies, and guidance.
• Reconciles cash drawer with accuracy.
• Complies with credit union operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
• Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Six months consecutive customer service experience in financial services, retail sales, or a goal- oriented environment preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.49 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
