Join Our Team as a Credit-Collections Clerk! (job is onsite)
Are you a problem solver with a knack for managing accounts and collections? We are looking for a motivated Credit-Collections Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer accounts for timely payments
Contact customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
Process credit applications and perform credit checks
Maintain accurate records of collections activities
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and disputes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in credit and collections preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
