Outbound Sales Representative
Remote Capable - ability to be remote will be based on training completion and performance.
Starting salary - $19.71 to $24.64/hour, actual rate will depend on experience.

The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a
Outbound Sales Representative who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. As an
Outbound Sales Representative you will:
- Serve members and support the sales process by conducting follow-up inquiries.
- Manage and expand relationships with members by providing professional and quality member service and sales that meets or exceeds member expectations.
- Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication via; telephone, email, chat, and/or video chat.
What You’ll Do:
As a
Outbound Sales Representative your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contact selected members after targeted Sales/Marketing campaigns to gauge interest and answer questions.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage members by providing a superior level of service and support.
- Review member’s credit report to look for possible refinance opportunities from other financial institutions.
- Utilize prepared scripts to overcome objections and persuade sales. Provide product demos, as needed.
- Through discussion, discover opportunities to offer other AmeriCU products and services.
- Establish a rapport with the member and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with credit union or regulatory standards and policies, with particular attention to the Bank Secrecy Act, (BSC) and the SAFE Act.
- . Maintain member database by entering information in “Core and CRM” systems.
- Share best practices with teammates as requested to assist with meeting department sales goals.
