Credit and Collections Supervisor jobs in Sarasota, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(List in order of importance or percentage of time spent on the particular responsibility – High
to Low)

1. Responsible for aspects of the day-to-day supervision and leadership of AR Team,
   including but not limited to the Performance Management metrics of collections,
   productivity, quality and aging
2. Assist manager in staff scheduling and adherence to time and attendance protocol
3. Train, develop, motivate and assist subordinates in reaching new levels of skills,
   knowledge and attitude while effectively maintaining a work environment which stimulates
   and motivates morale, engagement and growth
4. Conduct, attend and participate in meetings, conference calls and training sessions,
   including Management Meetings, Team Meetings, as well as one-on-one meetings with
   subordinates to provide consistent performance feedback
5. Interview candidates in absence of manager
6. Timely completion of accounts referred to AR Team from other departments
7. Review and respond timely to requests, including emails, telephone calls, issues, account
   research and resolution as needed by staff, management and clients
   8 Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested
