Fraud Specialist Representative I

Job Summary: Ensure a financially sound credit union by assisting with monitoring fraud cases and being proactive in determining trends to control or eliminate fraud losses.

Salary: $17.30-19.00

Location: 971 W Wetmore Road

Daily Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various operational activities, including but not limited to: processing check and plastic card affidavits, charge backs, returned deposit item processing, kiting reports, monitor overdrawn accounts, and maintain proper documentation. 
• Monitor and work Verafin Alerts.
• Responsible for proper maintenance of various general ledger accounts and record keeping as required.
• Working various assigned fraud reports.

Preferred Skills:

• One to five years of similar or related experience.
• Equivalent to a high school education.
