Ability to analyze transaction data; determine probability of fraud; and take appropriate action to mitigate fraud losses. Well organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task. Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service skills. Independently handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and be able to prioritize those tasks. Able to use 10-key, PC, telephone, card machine, and all related business equipment. Salary Range Minimum - $36,096 Maximum - $50,535
