We are seeking a Credit Card Accounting Specialist to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

    Manage the company's credit card program for vendor payments and program enrollment in order to increase corporate card usage and generate incremental spend. This position will also serve as backup for vendor maintenance, non-tenant check deposits, legal voucher processing into JDE and daily cash requirements and payment control group processing.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Manage vendor credit card payment program
      • Point of contact for our US Bank relationship manager
      • Manage vendor recruitment and enrollment
      • Process daily payment files to US Bank
      • Monitor payment fulfillment rates and expiration dates
      • Research and resolve payment issues with vendors
      • Manage system data input and output
      • Provide reporting to management on actual and projected spend
      • Process manual credit card payments to vendors
      • Review and reconcile GL clearing account for the corporate card bi-weekly to ensure balance is accurate and reasonable. Reconcile corporate card activity to the monthly statement from US Bank
      • Review and reconcile all Payment Plus clearing accounts in GL bi-weekly to ensure balances are accurate and reasonable. Reconcile activity to the monthly statement from US Bank
      • Initiate and process JV reimbursement payments monthly
      • Process monthly payments to US Bank for Payment Plus and Corporate credit card
      • Manage email box correspondence (CCInquiries@RegencyCenters.com and CCPayments@RegencyCenters.com)
    • Other
      • Serve as the backup for vendor maintenance
      • Cross train and fully understand utility payables processes
      • Function as the backup for non-tenant check deposits
      • Serve as the backup for daily legal voucher processing from Ascent into JDE and the daily cash requirements and payment control group processing
      • Assist with special projects as necessary

    Are You Qualified?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. 7 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts payables
    • Customer service experience, required (internal or external)
    • Tests at intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in addition to internet search functionality.
    • General knowledge of property management and accounting systems
    • Strong math and analytical skills
    • Experience with JD Edwards (preferred)
