As an Sr. Operation Specialist II, you are primarily responsible for effectively  tracking and countersigning modification or assumptions received daily.  Resolving documents that have been sent to custody and has not cleared with the custodian. You will send documents to be recorded at the county.

This is a hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) role located in Monroe LA.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily work for your business unit by countersigning Modification documents, Assumptions Modifications,  and Re-Inscriptions updates.
• Identify account numbers in system to, view account details, request  checks when needed and  generate letters to be sent out to customers to assist them in taking care of Title Work and or Rejects
• You will balance quantity with quality to ensure you are meeting your daily objectives
• Learn all aspects of all different processes/functions so that you can assist/back-up processors when necessary
• Network with peers and your management to form relationships conducive to ensuring processes run smoothly and SLAs are met
• Be a Team Player by executing positivity and helping to create and maintain a friendly and productive work environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

• Mortgage document knowledge 
• Intermediate level knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Highly skilled at process development and documentation
• Possess strong analytical skills with a high level of verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

• Working knowledge of Chase Mortgage business and systems
• BA or BS degree
