    Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Cards Transformation Function in the Consumer Cards and Marketing organization of Cards and Merchant Services. The Cards Transformation function drives the development and management of consistent, sustainable, and scalable agile delivery practices, through partnership with Technology, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture to optimize the Cards Blueprint through aligned work, talent, and investment. This individual contributor will be responsible for ongoing review and analysis of Product and Product Area configuration and the management of organizational and workflow changes and associated impacts. Additionally, they will be responsible for review, oversight and support of tooling and associated business processes and controls, ensuring consistent and accurate capturing and reporting of metrics for effective management through transition.     In this role, you will:
    • Drive oversight and routines to support greater transparency and informed decision-making around investment allocation and prioritization, while strengthening coordination with other Product Lines to identify and manage dependencies and cross-functional initiatives
    • Review Products, Product Areas and workflows and develop partnership alignment with Product Managers and Product Owners
    • Manage changes to Product and Product Area configuration, including realignment of scrum teams, oversee tooling updates and confirmation of inflight work transition
    • Actively partner with the Delivery organization to ensure clear communication between L3 Products and Project teams with particular focus on large scale efforts
    • Provide ongoing review and management of tooling (e.g. JIRA), access, transitions development, management of business processes and controls programs in partnership with technology and delivery areas
    • Provide oversight and coordination of Agile Event calendars
    • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
    • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
    • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
    • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
    • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
    • Collaborate and consult with members of the Cards Transformation team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
    • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
    Required Qualifications, US:
    • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Credit card and/or financial services industry experience
    • 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment
    • Agile certifications (Agile Scrum (CSM), Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer)
    • Experience in Atlassian Suite of tools to include Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
    • ServiceNow, AppOne and Registry tracking tool experience highly preferred
    • Balanced technical and non-technical product management experience including development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through market delivery
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with risk, legal, and business partners of all levels
    • Proven ability to facilitate high impact conversations, navigate conflict and negotiate for an outcome that balances the needs of the business
    • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
    • Experience with setting up tools (like JIRA) to track work and metrics
    • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members in a geographically dispersed team while operating in an ambiguous environment
    • Prior experience working independently in large matrixed corporate environments leading initiatives that impact people, processes, and technology
    • Outstanding problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
    • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
