Full Time Operations Analyst- Information Technology Department- Marine Federal Credit Union 4180 Western Blvd Jacksonville, NC 28546

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in our operations as it applies to our daily processing and support of software. You will work closely with various teams to gather data, perform analysis, and provide automated processes and support. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing processes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

- Support and maintenance of core and other software

- Work with third party vendors to facilitate continued automation processes

- Develop and maintain processes using scheduling software and scripting languages

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support

- Perform analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements

- Assist in tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and identifying risks as related to processing procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail

- Familiarity with project management principles and practices

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience using software for process mapping and documentation

- Previous experience in operations analysis or a related field is preferred
