Experience
Minimum of 10 years of managing Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections functions & minimum of 5 years managing teams.

Ability to review and analyze LCs, CADs, and other financial documents.
Strong analytical skills for AR and Credit analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage fast paced work environment
Desired Skillsets
Proficient in ERP systems, such as Acumatica, Oracle, or SAP, Excel, and collection management software like Esker.
This person should have international experience.
Experience in manufacturing and distribution industry a plus.
