The County Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full time Assistant Branch Manager/Loan Officer in Presque Isle.
The right candidate must be able to assist in the management of daily operations of a branch efficiently. Provide leadership in partnership with the Branch Manager and other management team members. Assist in training and supervision and meet established goals. Develop new business and deepen member relationships while providing a superior level of member service. Promote a positive culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Interact with members on escalated issues, utilizes resources, and provides resolutions within authorization level. Ensure employees meet goals and educate members on appropriate products and services. Actively train on updates, changes to policies and procedures, and ensures compliance. Must have excellent organizational as well as oral and written communication skills. This position entails reviewing and processing applications for a variety of loans including consumer, mortgage and home equity. Responsibilities include explaining loan policies, evaluating and approving loans, and ensuring members and prospective members are always serviced promptly and professionally. Ability to operate various computer applications including Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
