    We are currently looking for a dynamic full-time CREDIT OFFICER to join the team in Raleigh, NC.

    The CREDIT OFFICER will be responsible for having the knowledge and ability to communicate professionally with our customers, to be able to collect and discuss delinquent balances, and to field day to day customer service calls. The CREDIT OFFICER will need: proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; possess excellent computer skills with attention to detail; and the ability to multi task. Knowledge of third party billing and customer portals is a plus!

    We are currently looking for a dynamic Credit Officer to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

     

     Responsibilities:

    • Assessing and evaluating credit worthiness of customers
    • Collecting on and discussing customer account balances
    • Monitoring existing credit accounts
    • Review credit applications, credit histories, and financial statements.
    • Work closely with other departments such as Accounts Receivable, Sales, and eCommerce.

     

    Job Requirements:

    •  Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Bachelors degree preferred.
    • 2 years of experience in credit & collections, accounts receivable, finance/and or accounting.
