8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, M-F, some evening and weekend work may be required.
Summary / Objective of Position :
Under the supervision of the Dual Credit Director, the Dual Credit Coordinator will assist in the daily operations of the Dual Credit Program with enrollment, presentations, recruiting, outreach, networking, orientation, retention, creating partnerships (MOU's), and working with K-12 schools within and around the Navajo Nation.
The Dual Credit Coordinator will be able to collect applications, data collecting, spreadsheets, filing, and conduct meetings (in-person / zoom).
Assist in the admission process, course enrollment, credentialing adjunct faculty, and provide student support.
The Dual Credit Coordinator will work closely with Dine College's Admissions Office, Registrar's Office, Finance & Accounting Department, Dual Credit, Adjunct Faculty, School Deans, Provost, Student Services, High School Principals, Counselors, Staff, Faculty, and Administrators.

The Dual Credit Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Dual Credit Program, which includes assisting students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors daily.
The Dual Credit Coordinator will operate a highly organized department by assisting with daily operations, and budgetary responsibilities, practicing customer service, and maintaining a professional work setting for the Dual Credit Program.
Maintain records of dual credit students, courses, course syllabi, textbook status / ordering course evaluations, etc. Coordinates and maintains records of departmental or team meetings for the Dual Credit Program.
Organize communication among all Dual Credit Program stakeholders through tracking phone calls, messages, emails, and Dine College shared files, etc.
Maintain filing systems for all Dual Credit Program documents and correspondences. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, and prepares charts, graphs, or tables.
Has expert-level knowledge regarding a wide range of computer skills and databases. Utilizes college computer system to support management of course scheduling (IV), room availability, student tracking, and other course material functions throughout each semester / session.
Creates Dual Credit Program application packets to disseminate to applicants and creates materials to hand out during presentations or at informational booths.
Be able to plan, develop, and coordinate events. Updates the Dual Credit Program website to maintain accurate information.
Distributes inter-departmental, inter-campus, and US postal mail, photocopies, and scan materials as requested. Follow up on documents to ensure they are processed through the College system in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Minimum :
Associate degree in any field.
Knowledge :
Must be knowledgeable in most office technology, phone systems, computers, laptops, photocopy machine, scanners, printers, and fax.
Skills :
Facilitation of meetings between Dine College and K-12 schools.
Computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Reliable, time-management skills, critical thinker, and excellent customer service.
Abilities :
Ability to work with Dine College leadership.
Ability to work with adjunct faculty members.
Ability to work with K-12 and community.
Ability to work with Student Services personnel.
An excellent team player.
Physical Requirements, Work Environment & Travel :
Job duties might require traveling from college to various high schools on / off boundaries of the reservation and DC instructional sites.
Some lifting of recruiting equipment such as laptops, tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Must be able to work after hours and weekends.
Other Requirement(s) :
Must possess a valid state driver's license. Within 6 months must complete the College's Defensive Driving Courses. Oral fluency in Navajo is desired but not mandatory.
