BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST

About the Role

The Business Operations Analyst position will support our enterprise claims processing system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performing tasks and/or projects related definition of business requirements for operations
• Developing and maintaining methodology documents for standardizing procedures and processes used for team activities.
• Analyzing business processes and assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Interpreting business needs and translating them into system requirements.
• Writing business specifications and forwarding them to technical staff for system development.

Requirements

• Have excellent communication skills, direct interaction experience with client/customer, required
• Min 3 years of healthcare exp
• MS SQL and Sharepoint exp desired
• Have highly analytical skills with developed organization skills
• Able to bring excellent data entry skills
• Experience with healthcare operations/processing within Medicaid operations, government healthcare operations and/or commercial healthcare operations.
