CRM Business Data Analyst jobs in Memphis, TN

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business / Data Analyst. *_This is a full-time permanent position and is On-Site in Memphis.*_

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation to support data analysis and reporting
• Design and execute data queries and reports to extract insights and identify trends
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence to continuously improve processes and methodologies
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of data and reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in business and data analysis, preferably in a consulting or IT environment
• Business Analysis Certification a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data querying and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Experience with business process mapping and documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
