CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Description:

    In this role, you will have direct access to some of the most accomplished individuals within the technology sales ecosystem and some of the most consummate individuals within Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow integration market. CDI is one of the fastest growing Solution Integrators in the marketplace. Our commitment to the development of our team is a unique opportunity.

    This role will be a member of the CDI Sales team with a focus on Microsoft technologies. This position is a technical sales role which will report to the VP of Sales and requires industry specific knowledge related to Microsoft services, products, licensing, and the Partner ecosystem. As industry focus has shifted to consumption-based services and subscription services, it is apparent that a good understanding of these sales motions is required to be effective in this ever-changing market. This role would need to be proficient in the Microsoft Portfolio, Partner Systems and able to set the stage for selling services in partnership with the Microsoft Solutions Team. This understanding will be key and will provide focus on growth through identifying pipeline, advising customers, and driving outcomes with CDI Sales, Presales, Engineering as well as Microsoft SME’s.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Provide expertise, enablement, and support to the CDI Sales and Presales teams.
    • Growth of Microsoft spend of existing customers and driving existing campaigns to close
    • Sales/Presales enablement and alignment
    • Microsoft sales field alignment - CDI and Microsoft account mapping
    • Opportunity qualification, Partner Center Deal Registration, Lead acceptance
    • Microsoft strategy and program expertise
    • Recurring Revenue understanding (Azure Consumed Revenue; CSP and NCE Subscriptions; Open Value)
    • Customer satisfaction - Internal and external
    • Ability to identify, validate, and grow opportunities in high potential customer accounts
    • Increase customer loyalty through effective communications, professionalism, and going beyond customer expectations
    • Provide pipeline and forecast updates as needed
    • Provide market intelligence to management staff and participate in development of future solution strategies and offerings
    • Participate with OEM vendors and SA teams on product roadmaps and strategy
    • Participate in the preparation of sales campaigns, business plans, and technology heat maps for prospects
    • Stay informed about new services, technologies, and other information that may be of interest to clients
    • Preferred experience in Microsoft focused managed services
    • Preferred experience with Microsoft Licensing via CSP, EA and Open Licensing


    Education and Training

    • Currently hold or ability to earn one or all the following:
      • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
      • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
    • 3 Years of Microsoft Selling experience
    • Proven track record of sales performance and building a network in the marketplace


    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time, permanent position
    • This position is a fully remote (WFH) position
    • This position will require travel to customer sites, entertainment and marketing events as needed for discovery, planning and prospecting
