CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Broad Function:
The CRM Information Specialist will support the Director, CRM in producing timely reports for the Bushnell and partner organizations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of CRM database. He/She will work alongside Director, CRM in collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Bushnell and partner organizations to support onboarding to new systems, develop data governance, and maintain data standards.
