CRM Integration Specialist jobs in Des Moines, IA
CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Basic computer skills needed to complete online documentation.
- Current driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to use equipment to lift people that cannot lift themselves.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Willingness to complete required job training and certifications.
