Compensation: $17.00/Hour, with an additional $15/day, per client for transportation!
Location: Waterville / China / Clinton, ME area
Schedule: 9am-4pm Monday – Friday (Will require additional hours on Thursday’s 4:30pm-8pm)

Client Description:
We are seeking a Community-Based DSP to work one on one (with potential to work one on two) with 4 individuals in the China/Waterville area, ranging in ages from early 30’s to mid 50’s. We are looking for someone who is active, reliable, and highly motivated. This staff should have strong communication skills with the ability to offer encouragement and redirection are necessary to support all individuals. Individuals thrive on consistent, routine-based, daily activities with the flexibility to meet them in their needs.
The first individual, man in his early 30’s, enjoys going to the YMCA, playing cards, going to the library, and running his personal errands. He also enjoys participating in group activities such as bowling. The second, male in 50’s, enjoys going out to run errands, going to the YMCA, and interacting within his community. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys when people interact through conversation and trivia. The third is a female in her mid 40’s who enjoys going to the YMCA, out to the park, going out to eat, and an occasional trip to get her hair done. Her speech pattern will require attentiveness and patience and she may require an arm when walking for added balance and safety. The fourth is a female in her early 30’s who would like to go out one night a week to participate in activities of her choice.
