CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Summary: Complete all engineered system assembly, electrical and mechanical, system debug, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.


    Responsibilities:

    • Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets;
    • Provide the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, mechanical assembly;
    • Assemble and Wire off of 3D Models and schematics;
    • Ensure system schematics are updated to as-build conditions;
    • Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary (i.e., travel);
    • Uphold company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives to include 6S efforts;
    • Plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
    • Maintain work area clean and organized;
    • Follow directions from peers within the Integration department;
    • Travel for Installations & Service Calls; and
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


    Experience / Skills:

    • 0-2 years’ experience preferred
    • High attention to detail, project budgets, and quality;
    • Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills;
    • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
    • Technical degree in similar engineering field desired;
    • Exposure to robotics preferred;


    Nonessential Skills and Experience:

    • Safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards.


    Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S):

    • Understand the Company’s EH&S Policy and how it relates to this job;
    • Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as company rules and policies that pertain to this job;
    • Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EH&S procedures;
    • Immediately notify the supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly or if there are any questions regarding EH&S procedures; and
    • Attend required EH&S training.

    • Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate; temperature in the assembly area may fluctuate with the seasons, as the production area is not air-conditioned.
