CRM Integration Specialist jobs in West Virginia
CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. QUALIFICATIONS:
- WV Professional teaching license, Technology Integration Specialist advanced credential, preferred
- Experience with and knowledge of educational integration technologies (i.e. Schoology)
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, web-page development, electronic presentation, and electronic communication technologies
- Proficient in written and verbal communications
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with professional adult learners.
1) Model the use of technologies to support and enhance teaching and learning as evidenced by digital surveys, professional development evaluations, feedback sheets
2) Assist teachers in the planning, presentation, and evaluation of specific technology integration lessons.
3) Provide additional Professional Development throughout the school year.
4) Assist teachers and students with technology devices, as needed, to maintain a one to one technology environment.
5) Maintain accurate records and assist in the completion of required grant reports and evaluation.
6) Teach courses relevant to WV standards
7) Perform other duties necessary for effective program coordination and implementation.
