Creighton University College of Nursing seeks qualified candidates for a 12-month, full-time tenure track faculty appointment for its on-site BSN program in Omaha, Nebraska. The candidate will be expected to conduct classroom instruction in the BSN program as well as supervise students in clinical and simulation/lab experiences in the faculty’s area of clinical expertise. Flexibility to supervise students in community-based settings is expected. Faculty will also be expected to participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. Flexibility to teach, as appropriate, in the College’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Program is desired. Other faculty responsibilities include those associated with service and scholarship commensurate with the College’s standards of performance for rank and university expectations.

Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in nursing and 2 years of clinical nursing experience in their respective clinical areas. Ideally, candidates will have experience in classroom, simulation instruction, the use of technology in classroom and lab instruction, and clinical supervision.
