Job Overview:
Utah Valley T&T is a growing gym here in Utah County. We are seeking the perfect individual to begin and lead a Daytime Competitive Tumbling Program. Utah Valley T&T has a strong Competition Team, and are looking to grow the developmental side with a daytime program. This person will have strong previous coaching experience in competitive gymnastics or tumbling. The goal of the Daytime program is to mold and train young athletes (ages 3-6ish) to be competitive athletes in the T&T world. This person will need to commit to a 2-3 year contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• This person will be responsible for practice times in the gym, communicating with parents, and discussing program goals and direction with gym owner.
• Teaching athletes toward competitive goals
• Leading daytime practices (Morning hours could include 10-2)

Qualifications:

• 3 Years coaching competitive gymnastics / pre-team
• Experience teaching young athletes, ages 3-6
• Very patient and high energy individual
• Experience with lesson planning, goal setting and problem solving

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Orem, UT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
