Atlas Companies is currently hiring a full-time Marketing Analyst. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and has a strong knowledge of CRM systems.

The Atlas Companies consists of Atlas Bobcat, Atlas Toyota Material Handling, Atlas First Access, Atlas Badger ToyotaLift, and Atlas International Lift Trucks. We are an authorized Bobcat Dealer, Toyota Forklift Dealer, and also provide a variety of other material handling and warehouse solutions for companies of all sizes.

Your New Role:

• Maintain the Company CPQ system (HubSpot & SAP-CPQ), development and maintenance of, and collecting & distributing sales leads
• Manage and analyze customer data to spot trends and identify campaign needs
• Develop and format quote templates
• Communicate information and makes recommendations to the Sales Team
• Configure functionality in HubSpot to meet business requirements
• Investigate and resolves data inconsistencies
• Standardize company logos and contact information across CPQ platforms
• Monitor CPQ updates
• Update pricing of common products and services in the system
• Act as point of contact for CRM questions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Informational Technology or comparable 
• 1-5 years of professional experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Monday.com
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and consistent quality of work
