Job Title: CRM/ERP Systems Analyst (NetSuite Experience Preferred)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive CRM/ERP Systems Analyst to optimize and support NetSuite ERP (by Oracle), driving operational efficiency and data integrity. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this on-site role focuses on managing, refining, and troubleshooting NetSuite applications while collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and support company growth.

• Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business needs, ensuring the platform is optimized for evolving requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows, dashboards, and automated processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy across departments.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including troubleshooting errors, applying updates, and testing new functionalities to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Construction teams to identify pain points and assist in implementing system improvements tailored to their needs.
• Assist in coordinating system integration projects, ensuring smooth interaction between NetSuite and other business tools.
• Ensure data accuracy through robust data entry protocols, regular audits, and detailed reporting.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users, enhancing system adoption and user competence.
• Assist in developing detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and procedures to establish a clear knowledge base for internal use.

Work Environment This is a fully on-site role in a collaborative office environment, utilizing standard office equipment and software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with system design and IT infrastructure (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, custom fields, and saved searches within NetSuite (preferred).
• Experience with data migration, integration, and API connections between NetSuite and other business tools (preferred).
