As a Creative Marketing Campaign Strategist at Scentsy, you are at the heart of a variety of business operations, bridging the gap between Product Development, Creative, Project Management, Consultant Training & Support, Implementation, Marketing Technology, Marketing Channels, international teams, and senior executives. Your role involves translating business goals into comprehensive marketing plans that deliver the right message to the right audience in the most engaging way possible.

What You Will Do:

• Develop marketing plans with a focus on creativity and strategy - come up with limitless possibilities, then prioritize what we should do with limited resources
• Investigate the broader market landscape, consumer sentiment, and Scentsy’s data resources to derive meaningful insights
• Work with the Product Development teams to understand specific goals and craft effective campaigns that will help Consultants grow their businesses
• Equip Consultants with the best possible tools and resources to market the Scentsy products and business opportunity
• Collaborate with marketing channel owners and international marketers to ensure tactics align with strategy and ideas are interesting
• Support the creative team with great foundational strategy, highly responsive communication, and thoughtful feedback
• Take ownership of the strategy, storytelling, and results for marketing campaigns from beginning to end

What We're Looking For:

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of proven marketing, communications, and promotions experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce
• Examples of successful marketing campaigns from previous experience, where the message and the feeling of the creative assets came together across multiple channels to generate business results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Continual interest in learning how to make marketing channels more effective and the ability to support channel managers by guiding creative in the right direction
• Ability to think like a business owner, with a unique combination of having a strong vision and high standards
• Experience with international brands or direct sales is a big plus
