What you'll be doing:

The Marketing Manager is a member of the IntelliSite Products and Marketing team. This team member will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives for our IntelliSite operating unit. 

• Developing marketing strategies for the organization including working closely with the product management team to define marketing materials and programs for current and new products in order

• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing

• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints

• Analyze website activity, and outreach engagement to focus marketing efforts

• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market

• Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand

• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

• Track the effectiveness of content to support marketing communication objectives

• Actively build and maintain a media database in support of upcoming PR initiatives and engage in media outreach with relevant content

• Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and PR

• Launch campaigns in support of lead generation for sales and client services

• Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness

• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team to ensure that marketing strategy and objectives are implemented

• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization, cross-culturally to help teams meet their commercial objectives

• Participate in weekly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as needed

• Travel to tradeshows and other events to be an on-stage voice for the company

What you'll need:

• 5 years of experience in progressive marketing communication roles (technology industry experience highly preferred)
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines
• Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices including fluency across multiple online platforms
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (ie. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc) and Google adwords
• Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results
• Assesses situations accurately and determines appropriate action
• Expert use of MS Office Suite

Nice to have:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM), a plus
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool
