Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for our critical IBM MQ services.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
- Ensure the quality, availability, resilience, and scalability of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends, experiment with new technologies, and actively participate in technology communities.
- Foster innovation, diversity, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Over 3 years of experience with AWS.
- Over 2 years of experience in Agile practices.

Salary:
- New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $195,200 - $222,800 annually for Senior Manager, Platform Engineering.
