Description
The Mixing Machine Operator is responsible for preparing batch blends of juices to formulation specifications. This position is also required to perform proper cleaning and sanitizing processes for all equipment and production areas and eliminate the hazard of spoilage in juices through pasteurization. Individual must be able to provide leadership of blending and pasteurization processes along with completion of appropriate documentation. This is a full-time, 1ST shift, non-exempt position that reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
