Curriculum Developer jobs in the United States

The Curriculum Developer consults with subject matter experts to provide course content and training curriculum. Designs and develops employee learning programs in align with organization goal and training needs. Being a Curriculum Developer conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes. In addition, Curriculum Developer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Curriculum Developer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
