The Curriculum Developer II conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Being a Curriculum Developer II develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. In addition, Curriculum Developer II writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Curriculum Developer II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     This person will be designing and building new features and integrating them into the application environment in collaboration with other team members. 

     The qualified individual will test, integrate and debug code issues and will help our client explore new design capabilities to provide an enhanced user experience through responsive and mobile applications.

    Our client is looking for someone that is able to quickly learn and start making an impact.

     Requirements:

    • 5 years C# enterprise development experience 
    • 5 years SQL Server development experience
    • Microsoft SQL Server database queries, stored procedures
    • Experience developing enterprise web applications
    • Full Stack Development
    • JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS
    • Ability to gather business requirements and develop conceptual design and technical design for multiple projects concurrently
    • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades for optimal performance
    • Thorough understanding of object-oriented (OOP) development
    • Ability to perform tasks and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
    • Must be detail oriented, have the sense of urgency, and to be able to multi-task between different priorities
     Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
