Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. ACLC seeks a committed and seasoned SOF-P Medical Instructor/Curriculum Developer to join the dynamic JSOMTC team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver top-tier instruction and support training development. Your contributions will be integral to the progression of medical education through the teaching of National Registry Emergency Medical Technician Basic and Paramedic courses and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Your responsibilities will extend to include curriculum development and making recommendations to ensure our courses consistently meet the highest education standards.
This will include spearheading course modifications that require updates, rewrites, and redesigns of the Program of Instruction, especially when exceeding the capacity of the existing JSOMTC staff. Your involvement will also encompass integrating vital documentation and data into the Training Development Capability (TDC) Database and other systems, ensuring that our courses align rigorously with the requirements of USASOC and TRADOC.
As the SOF-P Medical Instructor/Curriculum Developer, you will hold the primary teaching responsibilities for the classes assigned to you. Your teaching methods will encompass a range of techniques, including large-group classroom instruction, small-group sessions, and hands-on training. You will also collaborate closely with subject matter experts to facilitate teaching blocks within their respective areas of expertise.
